Under Minn. Stat. Â§ 609.04 (1984), the burglarous entry of one dwelling justifies only one burglary conviction; however, if the burglar commits other crimes, such as assault of robbery, against the occupants of the dwelling after entry, he may be additionally punished on the basis of one extra conviction and sentence per victim of the other crimes. Affirmed as modified.
